Four Teens Arrested for Shooting People with BB Guns

HENDERSON, Nev. -- Frank Rodriguez, Adolfo Ortiz, Daniel Duncan, Jr. and an unnamed 17-year-old boy are under arrest on 37 criminal charges. The teens are accused of using a BB gun to shatter windows, hit cars and shoot directly at people in Henderson.

Police have received 18 complaints regarding windows being shot out, eight people reporting being fired at or hit and two houses suffering damage. Several victims were able to provide a description of the vehicle and partial license plate information.

Jaime Cruz-Hernandez discovered his truck window had been shot out as he left for work Saturday morning.

"What's going on here? And, that's when I got real, real scared," he said. "These kids, they have done something so awful."

The damage set him back $173. "What was the motive of this? I don't know what. Just go out there and a rampage of just being wild," he said.
