Louis Madden and Karen Hicks, both 65 and from Henderson, died in the crash. Police said the two were killed after their Hyundai Santa Fe was rear-ended by Mann's Hyundai Accent. Mann was a private first class in the Nevada National Guard. Henderson police allege Mann had a blood-alcohol level of .26 which is more than three times the legal limit for a drinker of legal age.

Arraignment is set for March 18. Court records did not list an attorney for Mann.
