Two of the teenagers involved with shooting people with a paintball gun were sentenced.

Two teenagers involved in a paintball shooting spree were confronted in court Tuesday by one of their victims: a 73-year-old Henderson man who relies on a pacemaker to keep his heart beating normally. Afterwards the were sentenced to juvenile facilities.

Booze Busts: Seven Henderson Businesses Caught Selling to Minors

 

Seven Henderson businesses were busted by police over the weekend for selling alcohol to minors.

Henderson Police conducted checks of underage alcohol compliance at stores to help ensure that minors are not able to buy alcoholic beverages. Officers from the Community Relations Unit, with the assistance of underage volunteers, checked 74 convenience stores, grocery stores and liquor stores throughout the city of Henderson Saturday night. Of the 74 businesses, 67 did not sell alcohol to the underage person.

Police Search for Serial Pharmacy Robber

Henderson Police are looking for help to find a man responsible for a series of pharmacy robberies.

The most recent robbery happened at a CVS Pharmacy at 1402 E. Lake Mead Parkway. The robbery happened at around 9:30 p.m. October 25. The suspect walked through the front door and made his way to the pharmacy department. He walked behind the counter and pointed a gun at the pharmacy manager. The suspect demanded the narcotics safe to be opened. After the manager opened the safe, the man took several bottles of prescription medications. The suspect also took cash from the register and then left the building. No one was hurt.

The suspect is described as a white man, 25 to 30 years old. He is 5-foot-10 to 6-foot and weighs 240 pounds. During the last robbery, he was wearing a black baseball cap, a black T-shirt, jean shorts and tennis shoes.
